Shipping & returns

You may return a product if it does not meet your expectations, has a manufacturing defect, was damaged during shipping, or was incorrectly sent to you. Any returned product must be currently in print and in salable condition.

No refunds or exchanges after 30 days.  

After 30 days, items will be returned to the general inventory and there will no longer be a record of the transaction.

All refunds must be done in person at our Chesterfield Bookstore.

A receipt (printed or electronic) is required for all purchase pickups, returns and refunds.

Cash refunds with the original purchase receipt may be given at the time of return if the store can accommodate the fund.

Purchases made using a Crossing Bookstore gift card or returns made with a gift receipt may be exchanged for other merchandise or refunded the value indicated on the gift receipt may be exchanged for other merchandise.
